A touchy issue

I hate to bring up a delicate topic, but do any of you experience chronic diarrhea and/ or skipping menstrual periods because of the AI?  I really need some advice my Endo is not listening to me about any of these issues. I think I need to find a new one who will actually listen to me...

I have the opposite as far as the bowels go.
I had to have a hyst and my periods were irregular - but my cortisol was high and low.
