My doc has kindly lowered the 'passing rate' to 18, so now 34 is a thing of the past.
It refers to baseline but not response.

I have heard of both. I don't know if they are both low dose, high dose...
I wonder if it had to do with the stim agent ie - if it is synthetic ACTH or glucose or other and/or age related criteria... but I was recently at a conference, and the doctor there used the >34 criteria. He is a pediatric doctor but I don't know what type of stim agent he uses.
I just tried to search for it and could not find it... I will post again if I find it.
