Connection between Low FT3 levels and cortisol levels

Hi maybe someone can help me out here.   Coming from the thyroid forum side, as we all try to investgate
what is making us sick I thought I would try this side.  I have not yet seen my endo - but will on Oct. 7th being
that it is so hard to get an appt.  Have not been tested for adrenal functions, cortisol and whatever else comes
in this realm of medical mess.  All I know is that I have low FT3 levels of hormone ranging from 200-2.1 which are
below the norms 230-420, fatgue, memory problems, muscle pain , etc.  Have normal TSH 1.28 and higher FT4 1.6
Does anyone know of something in the adrenal area that can cause low FT3 symptons........
thanks, much,
Carla
