Cortisol Urine test during Period...

My doctor told me to do another cortisol urine test but I realized I will be getting my period tomorrow.  I want to get the test out of the way, so can I do it while on my period?  It's not even a heavy period and I hardly even spot.  It's basically a non-existent period.

If you don't get any in the urine (ie tampon) you are ok - but you do not want to get any blood in the urine.

So you are ok in that case. Keep the jug cold!
