Help!! Any immediate Relief suggestions??

This is many months later since my last post on finding small Adrenal Mass.  I'm hurting so bad right now that I am will to try any suggestions you may have to my symptoms.  Kaiser Permanente does not seem to have any knowledge or help for me yet the symptoms still exhist and hurt me. Foods, Counter Drugs, Juices?? Anything you may have ideas on??  I am choking in the mid of my throat as though someone is pushing a pen straight into it without doing a thing.  it's there always now and is increasing.  I have pain and then soreness continual in the right side of my neck and when I push on it it connects pain down through to my sternum area and back up to  the choking point of my neck.  I sweat.  I have icy cold fingers and stinging feeling in my arms. My sternum area which is just below my ribs in a soft area where the maybe a large vein or nerve or artery, in the middle, has on and off moments of strong rythm's to the point where I can see it poping through my clothing.  All my stress test, EKG, heart stuff is Perfect. No issues.  No stomach issues outside of nausia and not having an appetitie much.  I've been getting massive dizzy spell attacks in the middle of nowhere.  Standing, sitting at work, even lying down.  It hits me hard and pulls me like a magnetic force to take me off balance.  I'm so tired and dizzy lately and I have pain in my legs.  I cannot believe this stupid stuff.  It's not me and I hate it.  I just can't figure out any reason or cause and the doctors can't figure anything out themselves.  Any ideas you may have out there; I will give a try to make it go away and feel good again.  Please give me your thoughts, ideas, experiences.  I shootin' that it's far more helpful than any doctors are offering which is nothing right now.  I would greatly appreciate any and all of your knowledges out there on these sort of symptoms and remedies that worked for you.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time.    God Bless!!!

Has your doctor talked to you about Addison's Disease?  

I don't know what your ACTH or AM Cortisol levels are so it's hard to help.  

You should have, and still should have, an ACTH, AM Cortisol, Cortisol Suppression test, 24 hour urine cortisol,  MRI and/or CAT scan with contrast to find out which end of the spectrum you are on.

When I say that, what I mean is:  Addison's Disease is where you don't make enough cortisol / Cushings Syndrome is when you make too much.

It's next to impossible for anyone to give you advice without knowing which one it is.... However, the longer the mass is there affecting your adrenal output, the more symptoms you develop.

If you know?  It would help to say...  I myself have an adrenal mass, my second one....  the first adrenal gland was removed and here it is, I'm going through it all over again.  

I might be able to explain it better if I knew where you are at with your tests.
