High pulse rate in the Morning?

High pulse rate in the Morning?

Hello,

I am 24 and came down with Addison's Disease last December, but have healed it naturally. I no longer have any symptoms of the disease but my heart rate is extremely high in the mornings (I haven't counted the bpm but I think its to fast to count). It only lasts for about 1 to 1.5 hours and then I am fine the rest of the day. When I first realized I was sick my heart was beating irregularly, so I went on bed rest for 2 weeks, until it started beating normal again. Any idea what is causing this or what I should do about this? I really want to avoid medication. Thanks.

Have you taken your blood pressure at those times? When my pulse is high, in general, by BP is low and my body is pulsing high to make up for it. I take salt tablets and then that raises my BP and then I feel better.

I generally have low BP so I take salt tabs, per docs orders, daily. If you are AI, you cannot hold sodium thus need a higher sodium diet. I take florinef to hold the sodium that I take.
