Interpretation of test results

I am 42 and have been diagnosed with agitated depression, IGg2 subclass deficiency, Bertolottis Syndrome and many spine related issues (chronic paint).  I am curious if I have adrenal fatigue so my Dr. ordered a 24 hr urine collection.  Here is a result I recieved and I wanted to know if it is normal range or not:
TEST RESULT REF RANGE
U Cort Free24hr 51 [36-137]ug/24h
Adult Reference Range: 36 - 137 ug/24h
Reference range for children is not well
established. Lower levels observed in infants
and children normally as a function of
decreased cortisol production.
U Cortisol,Free 3.18 ug/dL

The test came back normal.

I would say though that in general, one test does not rule in or out Addison's  though. But you were well into the normal.
