Is it an adrenal problem??PLease help!

I have hypothyroid, hashimotos to be exact. Just recenlty I am having some drs check my adrenals for fatigue.
I also have extremely high testosterone.

Here are the Cortisol/DHEA levels,  salivia tests:

7am    .75 (.27-1.18)
11am  .21  (.10-.41)
3pm    .15  (.05-.27)
10pm  .04  (.03-.14)

DHEA 7 am 172  (71-640)
DHEACortisol ratio 229 (115-1188)

then had bloodwork done:

My 17 HYDROXYPROGESTERONE was at 232  which concerned my dr so she did an ACTH stim test.

The results were:

Cortisol at 8am was 12
after injection (30 min) was 25.3
after 1 hour it was 31

the 17 OH PROGESTERONE was 30 at 8 am
1/2 hour later 105
1 hour        171

Can an ACTH stim test be done wrong? it seemed like these people had never done one of these before.
I am concerned that my thyroid/adrenals might be linked. Could they be?
Could I just have an undiagnosed adrenal problem?

I am really confused on my results. Do they look normal? I know with thyroid that even though the levels could be in range, you can still be hypothyroid. Does anyone know if my levels are normal or not? I have also had really high testosterone and I know that can be linked to adrenals.

Hi I have good information that the salavia test is infact more sensitive than the ACTH
and they ususally do the stimulation test in the morning when your adrennals are at their highest. But the salavia test measures the drop in cortisol throughout the day.
How then if the tests are not as sensitive and they don't recognise the salavia test in england are we ever going to get treated, its all to do with money here in England with the National Health Service. Is the salavia test valid in the US ?
I am on progesterone and it does make a difference to the tiredness and the extreme PMT.
If they stop my steroids on my next return to the hospital even though my bloods said
they are suppressed at 55. I will self medicate and go over on a plane to spain or somewhere to get the medication I need. Without if I am like the living dead, I used
to do counselling but have been unable to work function since my dad died five years ago with bowel cancer. I definately think the thyroid and adrennals not working is linked to the emotional stuff and over achievers.
