I've been told I have an adrenal disfuction

For several years I have been suffering from terrible fatigue, my memory is slipping, I have "hot flashes" almost continually, HIGH blood pressure, no sex drive whatsoever and cannot seem to lose weight no matter how hard I try.
I went to see an endocronogist and he ordered some bloodwork and a 24hr urine test.  The bloodwork did not show anything significant.  The urine test showed that my adrenaline level was too low to measure, noradrenaline was hi (537NMOL/D and range is up to 500) and normetanephrines was high (3.6 umol/d range is up to 3.3).  I have been scheduled for a CT scan for Sept. 9 and in the meantime I have completed more bloodwork and 2 more 24hr urine tests.

I am not sure what these results might indicate and was hoping somebody might be able to assist me in finding an answer.  I know I should have asked more from the doctor, but he gave me results and rushed me out, and I didn't really have a chance to talk with him.
