Are there any natural treatments for adrenal fatigue? The last 8 years of my life have been extremely stressful and I managed to get through it all by drinking tons of coffee, taking stimulants, etc. but ended up in the ER 3 weeks ago with hyponatremia, dehydration, and severe anxiety and ever since then I've been very tired, lethargic, and craving sugary foods.
Even a short walk makes me extremely tired and I feel like my body has lost the ability to deal with stress aka adrenal fatigue. I take Omega-3, vitamins C, B etc. is there anything else to help?
There are adrenal supplement formulas on internet supplement websites and health stores.'
I'm still investigating this, too.
It would be good if you could find a good Natuopathic doctor, as they could see the big picture and check if there are other issues going on, too. And they may know what types of supplements, herbs, etc. would work for your body.
