Very werid painful dizzy spells

I have no clue what is going on, and its really starting to worry me.  this might sound weird but we are all entitled to our own opions. I was taught in school reflexology and I found a palpable nodule almost like a trigger point or a knot but its in my foot and that particular area is for the adrenal gland and ive got to figure out what is going on. Doc's really don't know what is going on, not a clue but have not done any tests. The first time recently that i can recall was when I was doing a chair massage. About five minutes after starting the massage I started getting lightheaded almost like my sugar levels were droppig and it all happened so fast. The lightheadedness got really bad, i could hear my heart beating (more like pounding) in my head, i got chills and the outside of my right arm started to tingle and my left arm on the medial side started tingling but it was painful but it really didnt' feel like pins and needles but hot searing tingleing pain from my arm pit to my fingers and both arms i couldn't really feel touch wise but it was hurting the whole time, my head went numb and tingley and that ran down my spine and caused the same pain that i had  in my left arm, my vision was black and white, very blurry, lots of fuzzy spots and black on the edges that kept closing my vision to almost a pin hole.i really couldn't hear very well it was more echoy and delayed. I watched peoples mouths moving but didn't hear it til a few seconds later. I lost my sense of where i was what i was doing i was just more so focused on trying to keep conscious and make it all stop. My heart was beating like i just ran a long ways but my breathing was very short and shallow.  My husband was next to me cuz everyone noticed i was white as a ghost and caught me before my legs gave out, i had no strength in my legs, legs were shaking really bad, but sitting down it didn't get any worse but I ate a chocolate bar and i felt really sick. After i got feeling and less pain in my arm and back i had a pounding migraine, the worst migraine i had ever had. And it was hours before I stopped shaking, it felt more like trembling like when your terrified, just a constent shake.   I have found out though when its at the lightheadness part it has to be more salt then sugar and a perfect balance and i won't get sick but if i don't sit down everything happens all over again, regardless if I have eaten anything or not. It always happens when i am standing up either standing or doing something just if i am on my feet.
Any ideas, or something that my doc's can't think of or some tests i can ask my doc to do, just some llittle tid-bits of info or suggestions is much much appreciated.

What tests have been run? Have you been to a cardiologist? Have then done a tilt table test?

The adrenals control many things and blood pressure is one - so do you have any abnormalities with sodium or potassium? Have they tested renin or aldosterone?

Tingling can be mineral or vitamin deficiencies as well - have they checked all of them?
