What are the symptoms for Adrenal Insufficiency???

I have low blood pressure , little energy and  constant fatigue. Does this mean I might have adrenal insufficiency??

Perhaps you have what is commonly referred to as adrenal fatigue. Adrenal Insufficiency, whether from primary adrenal causes, or secondary from a pituitary problem, is a more serious condition. People with untreated Adrenal Insufficiency generally can't get out of bed in the morning, feel very nauseous, have heart palpitations or tachycardia, abdominal pain, low blood pressure, vision problems, and eventually begin vomiting and passing out.

You could have a saliva test run if you want to check for low cortisol. Then go from there.
