adrenal hormones

Hello
I'm 21 years old . I used to drink 3cups of nescaffee per day for three years . I suffer from excessive hair loss with smooth dandruff and then eyebbrows( also have dandruff) and eyelash hair loss , dry skin and hair . science I begin drinking coffee. Of course symptoms appear gradually. I had a blood tests to know whats wrong . Nutritional profile is ok . Thyroid hormones is normal. Testostrrone total is normal. But ,dhea-s hormone was. High 432 . Normal range was until 406. I had ct scan for my body espically adrenal glands .its all normal structure. i had stopped coffee and tea for 2months from now . And I had a blood test of dhea-s in the same lab , its now 288(normal). But the hair fall is the same with no obvious improvement yet.
Note: when I drink coffee my skin and my scalp smell like coffee.

is caffeine behinde my problem . When it will reverse ??how much time it will take to be normal and the symptoms dissapear??
Do I need any medication to help??

I also had severe pain during my period this year that I hadnot have it before in my life. Another thing I noticed is a small points like allergie in the area between my eyebrows and hair from the sides. They went out when I stoped coffee.

Im really worried .

I don't know much about hair loss except that thyroid, androgens and other hormones can cause it - and sometimes they cause hair in other places where you don't want it...

Hair loss is very frustrating...

Yes I had seen three dermatologest for alopecia , but they told me its not alopecia . And two doctors check it by blood test ( 4immunology blood test) it come negative.

I will do the tests you mentioned to me in addition to the tests the doctor asked me to do.
About my blood pressure , its normal.
I really want to ensure that nothing wrong .

But , FSH , and LH which come from pitutary g. Affect the menstruation period . And my period is regular. So do I need them ??

I think about doing cortisol, 17 hydroxyproges,
Androstendione,

They should test the entire loop - LH, FSH, etradiol, sex binding hormone. - did you have those done?

DHEA is an adrenal hormone as you know - so did they do more adrenal testing - cortisol, acth, renin, aldosterone, etc - there are others but unless you have the symptoms of super high blood pressure etc. I don't think you need them.

Have you thought of seeing a specialist for alopecia?

You must have seen a doctor to get the tests - but I think you need to see another to get more testing.
BTW you can test one of the testosterones but there are actually several tests for it so you should get bio-available to cover all forms.

Did the doc cover estrogen, LH and FSH? Those can also impact your androgen profile - it does not seem that your testing is complete. Did  you thyroid testing include antibodies and the free t3, free t4?

I have heard/read that coffee raises cortisol etc. but I don't know if the coffee is the source if the symptoms persist after you stop...

Are you seeing an endo or GP?
