hello ,everyone ,i donot know if u will have any interest on my topic

in fact ,i am one chinese who studied chinese herbs more than 10years ,ok
let go to the topic

in chinese medicine ,we consider kidney is the source of the life ,it concerns much of the body ,concerns

intelligence ,the hair ,the sex and so one

simply to say ,if the person has problem in the kidney ,will have problem in below side

hair loss problem
low sex drive problem
for children ,it the kidney is not develop good ,his intelligence will be effected

how to keep health of u kidney,according to my experience ,some herbs can be useful for it
also there are some other way can do

1,donot indulge in carnal pleasure without restraint

2,eat some food which color is black (i donot know in your country if has such food )
