I was a heathy 23 yearl old girl until one year ago i was diagnose with hashimito disease it all started with extreme shakiness, cold intolarance varies to hot.I was taken to the hospital several time they only thing they said i was a bit dehydrated i was put iv  shakiness was less and still had symptom i was diagnose with hashimito by my doctor. I was put on medication my thyroid is normal i still have the symptoms the shakiness, coldness i feel horrible also the lack menstruation. I have also notice that when i drink gatorade the shakiness slow down. i want to known could this be related to Addison’s disease  because i have already an  autoimmune disease hashimito disease is possible i could have anothert disease. please help me

When one has one auto-immune disease, one tends to get more. So yes, you can have another one.
It does not have to be AI though - shaky and being resolved by gatorade could be sugar as well since gatorade has a lot of that.
