need help again

in january my endo increased the dose of synthyroid and in march 1st week I got my blood tests. the results are as follows

TSH 0.78 mIU/L  (0.46-4.68)
Free T4  18.0 PMOL/L (10.1-30.2)
Free T3 3.8 PMOL/L (4.0-6.8). In january, my free t3 was 4.3 now it has come down to 3.8....dont know why? any insight???

I have nt received my prolactin levels yet. but have been feeling painful tender swollen breast even more than last month. I just have normal breasts during my periods as my periods go away I start feeling the discomfort which builds up to pain with in 4-5days. I do have a bit high prolactin (tested on january) and do have galactorrhea.

can anyone give me any advise whats going wrong? is there any remedy(natural) to decrease breast tenderness which makes me feel bad when I exercise. Is there any remedy to decrease prolactin levels?

thanks.

My breast tenderness was often due to estrogen levels. I have had prolactin issues in the past as well (I had the tumor treated and removed) but still have the tender breasts - and since yours goes with  your cycle, I would think estrogen as well.
