Will a pelvic ultrasound show any problems with the adrenal glands?

Thanks.  The urogynecologist ordered an ultrasound due to frequent urination.  Hopefully he ordered an abdominal and pelvic to look at the whole urinary tract and not just the bladder.  I've been suspicious of an adrenal problem for a while and hope this might show something.

No, the adrenals are much higher, above the kidneys. A pelvic ultrasound *usually* confines itself to the lower part of the abdomen and the pelvic floor.
