If you read up in the health pages, or do more research, you will find that most, but not all, divide the dose into two, like 15 on waking, and 5mg at 2 or 3pm to be more consistent with a normal body.
Can you see a dietician? It may help to journal your food - they have a nice app here that you can do on your phone (it is free) or on the computer and it helps calculate sugars, fats etc. too. You can also track exercise.
We also may have water issues - this is a salt wasting disease - so I don't know if you take other medications for that. Plus you may also have other hormonal issues? Low thyroid also makes it hard to lose (I have the same!!!).

If your diet is too austere, your body may be in starvation mode, and may not want to lose at all!
