How can I face myself?

by DH234, Oct 27, 2009 04:51PM
I hear from many of some of my friends that were not really living until we rid ourselves of our fears, once we see how much potential we have as human beings and become concious living creatures and accept the idea of death, we are able to function better and feel more at ease within ourselves, once we accept our fate so to speak..

how can i figure out what my fears really are?
i feel like i doubt myself and question myself quite a bit and its hard to find the inner me?

any ideas?

Look, I am biased about this, but I happen to think that the best way for you to figure out what your fears are is to go talk to someone about them.  A well-trained professional psychotherapist will be able to help you figure out the questions to ask yourself in order to get in better touch with "the inner me."
