I am 16 years old and i have a problem with masturbation
I have been trying to quit a year now.
urges come and it leads to me acting in this manner.
I really want to quit for good.
it is effecting my life!
I know if i got cured from this my life would be so much better!

Can you tell me what you mean more specifically when you say you have a "problem" with masterbation (masturbation)? And a little more about how it is affecting your life?
