Unable to contribute in sexual activity

My boyfriend and I go on webcam to each other occasionally, and he is able to ejaculate. I try my hardest, and he coaxes me into it, but i can never get myself to the same point as a female. I don't know what to do

When you write that "he coaxes me into it," you imply that going on webcam is not your preference.  If that is the case, it is going to be difficult for you to get as aroused.  Maybe the question to ask is not "What can I do to get to the same point as my boyfriend (ie.. to orgasm)," but rather, "What can/do we do that will turn me on?"
