Memory Problem

I m software engineer by profession. 25/male/delhi/single
i m not able to remember the work that i've done a month before or didn't remember the documents that i've read 2-3 weeks before and also facing problem in recollecting things quickly
I m also facing issues over concentration

somebody was telling me it occurs because of Masturbation, is it correct?

Hi would try taking Vitamin B6 and Omega 3-6-9  .They have helped my son who has add and seizures.

Also I would go and see your doctor and have them do some blood work to make sure that all your blood levels are where they should be.

also if you are under any stress or anxiety that can cause you to forget things .Do you take any medicine that could be cause these things to be happen.some medicines can do these things to you.

what ever you do don't take medicine that they giver for add or adhd.Like adderall (adderrall) or concerta.things can get worse they are like speed ,a street drug.
