excessive hair growth

hey
im 25 years old man..i have an excesive hair growth in the face and lowerlimb it is toooo much
my beard is too think and i can barly shave it and not more than twice aweek
the hair covers all my face with subcut. hair growth which cause acne and stuff...
any help ??please it is really annoying and bugging me
