my grandfather has trouble swallowing please help!!

my grandfather has trouble swallowing and i am wandering of any specialists he can see.  is there a certain title that dr. goes by that can help with this issue i believe that it has somthing to do with his esophagus.  i live in the roanoke, va area so if you know any specialists that can help please let me know.  PLEASE HELP!

i had a ronlem swallowing and was losing wight most any dr can do a esopgostomy but i think they are called theriactis or gastronomic they just have you awallow something and then they stretched i guess you would say my eshogus or whatecer now i swallow good it seemed like i had tightened up there most dr can tell you where to go   luck  jo
