need medical help for many psychiatry problem woth me...

I have an acute stammering problem, started at the age of 8 as far i remember, but sometimes with close ones i am very fine. does not stammer. My friends and family says that you are different from other stammerers,
and i also talk to myself a lot, people notice and make fun of me.
I cannot concentrate on my studies, random thoughts are there alot.
i am also addicted to masturbation, i cannot control the urge for more than 2 days, Last year i managed to stop it for three months, October to January 17, but from Jan 17, i did again... and now again i am stuck.
I think i also have Intermittent Explosive disorder, and i sometimes experience bad emotional episodes, force me to even consider suicide, or even want to commit murder.
I want help ? Can Zoloft help me?
