hey doctor
i am 21 years man and my testicular is paining a lot from last one week i need your help ...wht happened  nd wht to do ....only one of them is paining

Have you checked the testicle, I hae epidydimitis which can be quite painful.

There are a number of things that could cause a pain in your testicle. but A quick call to the doctor

it may be due to some problem in urine system. i had some time also , but the best is to get immediately to doctor.
