I used to be the same way a couple months ago but I finally started fighting back by putting myself in uncomfortable situations which in my opinion worked...Im not anxiety free but Im a lot better then I used to be where Id constantly think something bad was gonna happen...I know how scary it is at first but eventually it gets easier, you just have to challenge yourself...You have probably heard it before, that you have to develop a positive mindset...Hope things clear up for you no one should have to live life like this, especially at a young age...

How right you are, Newportttttt.  It's a terrible thing to be so young and to be agoraphobic.  I became housebound for the first time when I was 22.  That was a long, long time ago, and at that time, I don't think anyone even used the word "agoraphobic".  I had no idea what was wrong with me.  I just knew I didn't want to leave the house, and if I did, I got panic attacks.  But even back then the treatment was very much like it is today.  Which is to face what you fear in small babysteps, until you become more cos mfortable and gain confidence.  It's not an easy process, but a necessary one.  It takes time and effort, but it's so worth the trouble.
So Pinkpixie, it's time to start taking those babysteps.

So you live with your parents?  Do they know what you're feeling?   Are they supportive?  The reason I'm asking is because you need support while you're recovering, and it helps to have someone to talk to.
Can you get to a behavioral therapist?  Therapy would be a really good thing to do.  And maybe even some medication while you're recovering.
All these are options you can look into.  I wish you the best.........
Hang in there, and stay strong...........
