ok, i am at a breaking point with the panic attacks! i dont know what to do, i dont know why this is happening, i want it to be gone, just go away!!! i feel like im dying everyday, i cant leave my house and it only seems to get worse. Will it ever go away?? is there a doctor out there anywhere that will help me other than putting me on anti-depressants and benadryl?!?!?! the anti-depressants make me feel like im dying and make the anxiety worse, is there anything i can do myself other that blowing my brains out that will make them go away?!?!?! I have a baby and a husband and i cant be like this, i have to be strong for my family its just so hard to do, can anyone help???

I know how you feel! I get the worst panic attacks, I don't think I will live through them. If you get them during the day, if you have a dog walk him, this REALLY helps, just get out in the fresh air! If you get them at night try to breath through it but if that doesn't help get up and distract your mind. Deep breath 20 minutes a day. Soon your body will know it has been 20 min, and it helps to breath through panic attacks.

hi , i had agoraphobia a few years ago , and god it was horrible , i stayed indoors , in fact in bed for 18 months , i was even scared to leave my bedroom and i had 4 small children , when i got up i went dizzy and felt faint , the house seemed like a very small box , i hated it , i thought i was a strong person but this floored me , it started with a panic attack in a shop and i got frightened to go out again in case i had another one ,in the end i moved house just to get out of my box and from there i went out a bit further every day , it took me a while but i did it , and after this i felt so free , its a long road back but if i can do it anybody can , you just have to be strong and hang on in there .
