I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS MY ILLNESS

I'M 44 years old men, i had illness since 1990 as panic attacks and extreme fear from social events and anxiety ofcourse high. I'm always worry that other people including my family and wife might think i'm a gay and got confused when i meet men and women also i have low selfsteem and fear that people critesize me all the time and some times i have racing thoughts i try to affirm that i\m a man and good , i look about the meaning of life and practice meditation sometimes,my doctor tell me that im bipolar but i suspect that daignos and i feel he is not telling me my daignos .also i used to be deprresed but now things got better. im isolated from friends i feel comfortable when not contacting with people i feel people watch the way i walk. the symptoms were severe but now im taking lustral 150mg and respridal 6mg, welluiparent 300mg and lamactil 100mg. i feel stable but i want to make sure what is my true daignose. i never admitted to hospital and never hurt physicaly any body.please advice
