I can't control my brain please HELP!

My brain keeps on making my heart race increase for no reason its like it is imitating a fight or flight response for no reason,it does it all day long,the only time it stops is when i read or spend time on a computer.I feel like my brain is killing me slowly since i started getting chest pains and they are getting worse each day and i cannot stop my mind,its a living hell,can someone please help .Thank you

you sounds like you are suffering anxiety,when this happens your mind do play horrible tricks on you,keeping busy is a plus,mine used to happen more at night when you are just laying thinking overtime and then it would happen,in the end i use to just say to myself **** off you will never kill me so i aint letting get the better of me,it seemed to work i hope you can work through maybe speak to your doctor about therapy or maybe learn a relaxtion technic

do you usually have anxiety problems? cos i know myself when i focus on my heartbeat it seems to race and cos it is racing i panic and it is a vicious cycle...and exactly..a living hell!! talk to your doctor an/or mental health team,.. goodluck..and we are all here for similar reasons to help and  to support each other.. ;-)

Thank you so much for this and yes i do have anxiety but this is just like a vicious cycle which i cant stop ive tryed relaxing technics and still it feels like its geting worse,my doctors just say its anxiety but they dont tell me how to stop this.
