My main problem is that I don't have any goals or interests to make me get out. I was wondering if anyone could help me to try and find my way? Thanks!

You answered your own question. You have no goals. Time to set some. List of things you would like to do. Maybe always wanted to try out. Then go do one of them. It is as easy as that. Can be an indoor activity. Your choice. Gardening may be a good start. As it will have you in the garden. Small bit at a time.

That's an excellent idea, Mr. Green!!  Gardening is a wonderful thing to do outdoors and it still keeps you near home.  Then you can move on to something else.  Or you could try something you think you have no interest in (like an art class or exercise class or whatever) and find that you like it alot and want to keep doing it.
Let us know how it's going............
