Limbic rage seizures?

my son has brain damage from birth. He is adopted and birth mother did illegal drugs and alcohol during pregnancy.  He has been hospitalized in neuro-psyc units, been on many meds, but still has anger episodes that we see coming on, sometimes days in advance.  He is very sensitive to changes in his environment and episodes come when he is very tired and hungry as well.  He is remorseful and apologetic after , but sometimes I get pinched , hit or get hit with a flying object.  I am just learning about limbic rage seizures and am interested in having our son evaluated.  Our son is 15 and these occurences have become more pronounced since puberty. Please advise!!
