I have severe social phobia almost to the point of agoraphobia if not already. I'm afraid of any kind of verbal communication with anyone, even by phone. I'm okay with written communication, it doesn't bother me and so that's my preferred method of communication at this point. My social phobia has been slowly getting worse for years, now it's interfering with my life. I know I need help, but the thought of speaking with a therapist freaks me out. I'm too afraid of saying the wrong thing, or them interpreting it wrong and throwing me into a psych ward somewhere. At least written communication is documented and I have a chance to think about what I want documented before hand. Not to mention, every time I have gone to see a therapist in the past they start off by asking me if I have ever thought of hurting myself or someone else. What's up with that? I don't know this person yet, and they start off by asking me that every time. So I automatically feel set up. I may have some issues, but I'm no fool!
And so I order my medications online overseas. Based on my issues what medication would you recommend? Thanks so much!!
