hi, i was pregnant in2010 and during my pregnancy i started developing a breathing problem, yes im a smoker but the problem has never been there before, i was at work and didnt start feeling well, i was hot and dizzy and found it very difficult to breath properly, i could only take short breaths, it feels simular to when you breathe then while u breathing someone comes up and chocke you, i got so scared at times that i started crying but then it only got worse, ive been to doctors and they at first told me its astma and then anxiety attacks and then depression, im not enjoying life as i would like to because of this problem, i got two kids whom i cant spend time with cause i feel to only sleep, when im asleep theres no problem, it all starts when i wake up, at times i dont wana wake up anymore... pls help me
im realy not so sure but if i do suffer from that, the im not sure what is causing me to panic as it comes even if im not feeling stressed, at a point i thought that maybe ive got some things bothering me that im not aware of...
