bipolar or HOCD

im 44 years old man , im daignosed with bipolar but never admitted to hospital , im taking respridal 6mg , weeipurant 300mg and lustral 150mg and lamcital 100mg. i always think that people might think im gay and get anxious when i talk to men or women also i have panic attackes but now it is less than before, also i have social phobia. i feel also feeling in my back and feel very embarssed and shame. do i have hosd or bipolar?

i think you just have low self esteem. i suggest you find something that makes you feel good about yourself and concerntrate on that.
i have a male friend that also feels that mental health makes you seem gay, but it dosent. in actual truth it makes you more sensative and understanding, and girls find that attractive.
and as long as you remain true to yourself, you should never be embarrased or ashamed.. believe me i would know, im the queen of stupidity.
also you said you have a social phobia. remember that people see you as you see yourself, of course there will be some idiots that pick on you just because they can, but usally if you inprove your outlook on yourself others will too.
