how can i get rid of my anxiety forever any insights would help i have tryed just about everything

If you are predisposed to anxiety, it helps to accept it as part of who you are.  Then work on controlling it.  You don't tell us much,  so my response will be brief.

Anxiety and agoraphobia often go together, I know they did for me.

If you are predisposed to this, then unfortunately, you will probably have it more or less your entire life, but, there are things that can really help. For me, it was my naturopathic treatments, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustment, prayer and my faith, and the two books by Dr Claire Weeks, one is called "Hope and help for your nerves" and the other is called "peace from nervous suffering" they are written in every day talk and so easy to understand, it is as if the author is sitting next to you helping you. She goes into agoraphobia and gives you tips on how to handle it.

Thanks for your PM, broken. You do suffer from agoraphobia, and major panic attacks.  Tell us more about how you feel,  what you experience when you try to leave house, etc. and we will give you all the support we can.

Our public library doesn't own the books Sassy mentions, but other people here have read them and said they are very helpful.  So that is another avenue to explore.
