i hate irregualer heart beats !

when u have anxiety and u get irregular heart beats how long do they last ?

it can depend,when i was very anxious my heart used to beat hard and feel like it was missing a beat and then it would feellike it was flutteringmine could last as long as a few hours to a couple of days,but you should always go to a doctor to have these things checked out

Agree with cheshchesh.  At 15, you want to tell your parent/s what is happening and get a doctor's opinion.  If there is no organic reason for irregular heart beats, then it is time to talk to us about anxiety.

The heart racing, pounding , missing a beat , feeling like it is rolling over in my chest, then I feel out of breath because my heart is going so fast. The feeling really ***** and is scary. I have had ekg after ekg even wore a 24 hour monitor, all showed there was nothing abnormal with my heart, but I went through many test to make sure. I would really suggest that you go to the doctor and tell him what is going on to make sure there is not something that is medically wrong. Most people don't develop panic attacks until there early 20's. But of course it can happen earlier. I think most people on this forum have been to the ER a time or 2 and have had many medical test before we became diagnosed with anxiety
