i just cant get my mind right

if i could get the edge back i could overcome fears..its kinda like  i wont ever get the edge back..please help me understand why i cant get the edge back..thanks...james

Explain what you mean by the edge? If we learn what fears are made up of we learn how to fight them. We fight back even once we see that we can do it and we want to fight back even harder. All it takes is one small victory to set us off. But you are going to have to explain what the edge is in your eyes. I am not following you.

I know what you mean, you cant get the your Oomph back to fight, like it's beaten you so far down you cant get back up to fight it...Hear you :/
