Does the test line on an HPT get darker as you get further along?

so as most of you know my sis in law got a BFP at only 8dpo and it was a very very faint line.. she took another test today and it is much , much darker.. does this mean her hcg levels are rising? she is 11 dpo today

Wrong forum...sorry. As far as the question goes though...if it still says positive then it's positive...but in order to figure out the levels she needs to have blood work done. HPTs will not tell you if the levels are rising.
