This patient support community is for loved ones of people who drink and are trying to quit for discussions relating to abuse, behavioral issues, caring for yourself, counseling, divorce and separation, enabling, guilt, and when to get medical help.
I am disabled, I'm helping a so called friend, he works when he sober he's really super nice, but as soon as he pays his part he gets drunk, mouthy, gets in my face, ******* at me eating his food when its OK to eat all my food, he has a lot of cats and I've told him several times to please move out, he is refusing to move out, he been steeling my bed sheets, towels, all my cooking stuff, and i tried to put a restraing order on him which was denied, and i dont have the money to evict him, now my landlord said he'll evict me if he dont leave, what can I do?
would be cheaper to file an eviction and serve him the papers than having to move, lose your deposit and need new deposits.
don't know where you live, but sometimes it is as simple as having a process server verify the person was notified to get out and then police remove him
