Alcohol

I had not drunk even a drop of beer till the age of 30 YRS , but after marriage , I started taking alcohol and became a daily consumer with drinks QTY upto 500 Ml many times , Now I have found certain elavations in LFT and i want to quit, but am not able to do so as my wife always gives me tensions , What should i do?

hello. i would try two things. first you should see your doctor to address your condition as well as anxiety issues, and second, i would check out aa in your area, as it is the single most effective resource available. hope this helps, gm
