I am brand new to this and maybe should not be offering you advice. However I feel compelled as I have been drinking a bottle of wine every night for bout one year. I began to experience some similar, not as harsh, symptoms you have described and I new right away it was from drinking too much. As I looked back over the last year I could see, I never had those issues before and obviously it was the alcohol destroying my insides. I agree with the veterans who seem to say if you are having physical issues you most certainly need to see a doctor. Other than that use this forum, AA, or whatever you feel comfortable with but most importantly stop drinking. take it moment by moment and day by day. I haven't drank in 2 days (which is brand spanking new, as I am aware) but I can tell you I already feel so much better in the morning!! I feel like I am getting back to my original self that I have lost to the bottle. Google things to help you cope. Foods to eat, things to do. Herbal tea helps me throughout the day and night. Best of luck to you. And me!!
Welcome to Medhelp PCLOYD. Sorry you're having health issues. It's hard to say exactly why you're having these issues. First things first, we all must make the run to the doctor, and tell them our dirty little secret.. how much we've been drinking and for how long. They will quickly be able to diagnose your illness and it's cause.
Mostly here we help addicts to quit their drug of choice, on this forum, that being alcohol. For iinstance, I quit drinking alcohol, and doing all drugs in July 1999. I don't regret one minute....of my sobriety that is. There is a list of 10 or 20 questions to find out if you're an alcoholic, if you don't already know.
Hope this helps, i'm here if you want to talk further.
