Liver disease from short term heavy alcohol consumption?

I discontinued my pain med as pain subsided. It caused the worst anxiety and I resorted to heavy consumption of alcohol over a months time. I drank vodka in excess to pass out from anxiety and to sleep. This was so stupid of me. I now know I caused alcohol poisoning which I researched. It has been 4 months and I now have liver pain, loss of appetite, nausea,as of late, stomach has swelled. I'm exausted. The front part of my liver below breastbone always feels bruised like. When I first brought this to my Drs (Gastrointerologist) attention after stopping  4 months ago he did all the tests I asked for and all was good. Ultrasound, CT of liver and blood work. But now, 4 months later I feel all these symptoms that I did not have then except for some stomach pain.  He doesn't think necessary to repeat even though I am NOW symptomatic. He does not think my liver could be damaged from one month of very heavy drinking. He thinks I have ongoing GI issues from an autoimmune disease that I have. My GI issues from disease are not anything like I'm feeling now. Is it possible to have damaged my liver? My waist is getting large and my pain worse. I can't sleep on my right side any longer. I have upper right quadrant, lover right rib and now mid right back pain. There is a very tender area on mid right ribcage that hurts to touch. My urine is deep gold in mornings and have to drink so much water to get it clear during the day. I have urges to have bowel movements at 3am or I'm constipated.  I am gaining weight but eat hardly anything. I am so worried I can think of nothing else. I appreciate advice so much.

I'm not trying to be rude but I want you all to have the facts lyrica is not a substitute for NEURONTIN, But Gabapentin is a substitute for Neurontin. I only know this because I have been on it for years and it has some nasty side effects. id read about it and see if it could be causing problems you are having best of luck. I feel like a human test tube but learning a lot in the progress. Once again I'm not trying to be rude I just want you to have the correct information.

sorry, i'm not a doctor so cant possibly advise you on what tests etc.
that's why you need to go to another doctor , or two, to find out what it could be , imo that is.

What kind of tests should I be having. All the same? Problem is he just repeated my ast/alt at my request and numbers are fine. So he doesn't believe anything is wrong. He ordered a barium study of small intestines because im swollen in abdomen. I know he's chasing the wrong rabbit. I will e mail him with urgency.  Is it possible to have inflammation causing damage with normal numbers? What testing besides blood work would show inflammation?

You also should be talking to a therapist about your anxiety. Medication can only do so much and is not the only answer.

You need to have a 2nd opinion pronto. I'm not sure what's happening, but you can demand to be retested, i would imagine. Please, let us know that you've made another doctors appointment with a new Gastrointerologist asap. Better safe than sorry.
