Nausea and sweating with abdominal pain
I have a friend who binge drank vodka for approx 6 weeks from a traumatic life event, with no drinking prior. There is significant nausea and loss of appetite with abdominal pain. She has stopped completely. It's been 2 weeks now and no relief. Will she eventually recover from feeling bad?

You say she binge drank for 6 weeks?if she was a heavy drinker prior to this liver or pancreas could be affected and sounds like immediate medical attention is in order!almost sounds like gall bladder issue but again medical attention should be sought!
There are some health issues but my question is can the heavy drinking of vodka everyday have poisoned her and caused liver damage. Severe nausea, weakness, yellow diarrhea and pain in upper abdomen around to right side. Is this possible? Bouts of heavy chills are increasing.
