alcohol poisoning

My friend died of alcohol poisoning with a BAC of 0.70 does this not seem extremely high, is this possible?

never heard of such a high bal. i know the doctors were always amazed at my 3.8 or thereabouts. believe they probably even took bets on how high it was because i was doing a circuit thing at the neighborhood hospital for a while. thank God i never, ever have to be looked at again as the pitiful dirty drunk deserving ridicule and disdain. thank God for alcoholics anonymous.  devon

At BAC 0.5 about 50% people die.There are many factors here.
But people died in much lower levels...usually by aspirating.

yes it is possible....death by poisoning is .60...he really did it big!
