TJack  - i have been on campral for over a month - i was told to take 6 per day am noon pm - maybe it does cut cravings abit - not really sure yet - i have definetely missed doses thogh especially during the day so i am not sure if it is really kicking in yet - no side effects really

Ibizan is right on.  Don't miss those doses friend.   It is very important to take all doses.
Hey, i was even able to bypass the wine aisle yesterday at the market.  It felt GOOD too!   Take the pills and get your mind occuppied, on stuff like i told you before.  keep posting.  We care! tj

Hi Bob,  go to my profile page and read the two posts on there from Harryk8.  He lives in Australia.  I think you will be able to relate to what he told me.  How is it going today?
I actually went for a walk and it does help.  The campral is well worth taking.   Lay your doses out on the counter where you will see them and take em.  tj
