hangover 2 days later bad anxiety

i whent out friday for a friends birthday and now is sunday and im still in bed i havnt moved as feel scared , feel bruised all over , hot @ cold sweats and as for my head i feel like im loosing it i lie here heart racing , tight chest and when i do start to go into a deep sleep i find it that it feels like i stop breathing like a weight on my throat and i jump up and then my head starts playing mind games how long b4 it wears off ????? :(

Did you take any pills while you were drinking?  You may want to get this checked out with a doctor...

no didnt have any pills i was on doxycilin for a week for chest infection but stopped them the day before my friend that i was out with said you was ok one minute and the next i was all over if it wasnt for my m8 i would a never got home she said i did fall over a few time thats prob why i still got pain in my head but 2 be fare i dont feel myself , im hoping my head will be back to normal tomorrow as its playing mind games with me im thinking my drink  might a been spiked but then again if it was i wouldnt feel it 2 days later ?

Hello. You mentioned you were taking an antibiotic. Did you finish the prescription, or just stop taking it because you felt better? How much/often do you drink? Are you on any other medications and/ or illicit drugs? Finally do you have any pre-existing medical conditions? Please advise and best wishesGM-/

I think you ought to see a doctor but my short term advice is to drink lots of water and juice and No caffeine.  Gatorade helps too.

I suspect by now you've figured out what was going on and/or recovered from your party night. A thought though:

The symptom you describe about falling asleep and then shooting awake feeling like you can't breath sounds an awful lot like sleep apnea (which I have). It's not really related to drinking but it is a potentially serious condition that can be diagnosed pretty easily. If this sort of thing happens often then you may just have sleep apnea. See your GP or an ENT specialist if you get that "shooting away gasping for air" feeling.
