low blood pressure from alcohol

I've been getting really lightheaded after big meals, and it takes about 2 hours to normalize. Also i've been dizzy and short of breath for almost a month now. I had a stress test which was normal. I quite drinking 2 months ago. I drank heavy for 4 years. I'm afraid i caused nervous system damage. I feel week and fatigued and feel lightheaded alot. Can anyone related to this?

Have they tested your blood sugar?  I was dizzy alot when i was drinking as i got veritgo all the time but that is different than what you are explaining.

i've had blood work and a stress test. Maybe i need to see a neurologist.

thanks for your response. My doctor is informed of all of my symptoms and alcohol abuse history. He seems confused by my symptoms. I was just wondering if someone experienced something similar during or after their abuse of alcohol.
