Hi,

In addition to the great advice above, maybe try boiling the DARK meat of the chicken.  From what I understand, that part is less allergenic than white meat.  And/or change brands.  Could be a filler or inert ingredient used in the chicken.  Just some added thoughts for you.

Wheat is highly allergenic too .

Doesn't leave too many choices.  What about rice cakes maybe?

I'd def ask your Dr's advice esp since you are doing an elimination diet which is a great way to isolate the problem usually.

My 4 yr old daughter broke out one time at a baseball game and it got so bad her hole body was one big swollen red welp. never happened again. the specialist couldnt find nothing extreme and said she had a mild alergy to some grass and cypress trees. cypress trees? really? we live in louisiana. i guess thats god telling us to move.lol

Meaby its not the food he's eating, meaby its the laundry detergent or something like that, or soap that he's using can do that too, so meaby change something in his environement that could cause the allergy....and many things can cause a break out, like some kind of urticaria. Keep us posted =)
