After my allergic reaction, I have developed anxiety

Hey all . I am a 21 year old male who is in good shape (6'3, 190lbs if that helps).  About 3 weeks ago I suffered an allergic reaction to peanuts for the first time in my life. I have always known I am allergic and the item that i ate unknowingly had a peanut in it. It was one of the most scary experiences of my life as I had an episode of anaphylaxis and was alone while it happened. Luckily, I survived through this experience, however, what has come from this has been awful. I am having extreme anxiety problems and am constantly concerned about me having another reaction or that there is something wrong with me and I'm not acting on it. It got so bad that I had to be driven to the hospital to what I thought was another reaction from some pizza I ate when really I was just having a panic attack. This is tearing me a part and I hate living with this. So my questions to the community are, a) has anyone had any similar experiences like this and b) what could anyone recommend that isn't drug related (as I feel I am not at that point yet) to help cope with this anxiety and get me back to normal.  Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading.
